SUMMARY:
Merit Services Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Sales Trader who will be instrumental in generating revenue through strategic financial market transactions for one of our esteemed clients based in Concord. As a Sales Trader, you will bring your extensive experience in sales and trading, combined with a genuine passion for the financial markets, to maximize opportunities for our client’s success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Foster and nurture client relationships to proactively drive sales revenue.
  • Execute trades on behalf of clients across diverse asset classes with precision and efficiency.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to develop robust trading strategies and identify lucrative market opportunities.
  • Provide clients with timely market updates and well-informed investment recommendations.
  • Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive understanding of financial markets and products.
  • Identify emerging trade opportunities and develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Engage with clients to comprehend their investment objectives and deliver tailored investment solutions.
  • Stay abreast of financial news and events to stay ahead of market trends and developments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales and trading experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
  • Experience with trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg or Eikon) is a plus.
