Merit Services’ client’s Personal Information is required for the collection, use, or disclosure, wherever lawfully applicable. Disclosing Personal Information is the client’s choice. The services may be limited or unavailable if the client chooses not to provide certain information.

The Personal Information provided by the current or potential clients will be limited and only be used for the purposes identified by Merit Services. With the client’s consent, we may collect Personal Information through other mediums such as telephone, in person, email, or social media.

Client’s Personal Information may be used and disclosed solely for the purpose for which such data is collected unless the client has consented otherwise lawfully. Personal information such as the candidate’s resume and the information on such documents will be stored in our HRIS for records and filtration unless deleted manually.

Merit Services will maintain the client’s Personal Information as it is provided, accurate and complete, however may require an update if necessary, to fulfill the purposes for which it is used.

 7. Safeguarding Customer Information

Merit Services will protect the client’s Personal Information according to the sensitivity level of information and will take reasonable precautions to be responsible for such data from any loss or unauthorized use, access, or disclosure. Rest assured, the Personal Information collected by Merit Services is not disclosed or publicly sold.

Merit Services will make information available to you about policies and practices concerning the administration of your Personal Information.

In case of any information, clients may request access regarding their existence, usage, and disclosure of their Personal Information and may also request any amendments. In certain circumstances, lawfully we will not disclose certain information, for instance, giving out information about you to a relative or you are asking information about someone you know and is also our client.
