Personal information such as the candidate’s resume and the information on such documents will be stored in our HRIS for records and filtration unless deleted manually.

Merit Services will maintain the client’s Personal Information as it is provided, accurate and complete, however may require an update if necessary, to fulfill the purposes for which it is used.

Merit Services will protect the client’s Personal Information according to the sensitivity level of information and will take reasonable precautions to be responsible for such data from any loss or unauthorized use, access, or disclosure.
