  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record as a Business Consultant, providing strategic guidance and solutions to clients.
  • In-depth understanding of business processes, management principles, and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, utilizing tools and software to drive insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Oshawa business landscape and local market dynamics is preferred.
