RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and document functional requirements, system specifications, and use cases for technology projects.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during system implementations, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Monitor and analyze technology trends and industry best practices, providing recommendations to enhance business processes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on technology systems and applications.
  • Support change management efforts, assisting in the adoption and optimization of technology solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on technology matters.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Technology Analyst or similar role, driving technology initiatives in a business context.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and their integration with technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in documenting business requirements, use cases, and system specifications.
  • Experience in conducting user acceptance testing and supporting system implementations.
  • Knowledge of technology trends and emerging technologies, with an ability to evaluate their applicability to business needs.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
