SUMMARY:
Merit Services is looking for a Health Services Management Officer for our client. The candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility. The incumbent will have a background in healthcare administration and a proven track record in the healthcare field.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of health services.
- Manage staff and resources to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate medical services to ensure compliance with regulations and standards of care.
- Process management and patient planning to optimize operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage budgets for healthcare operations.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies and government agencies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and community partners.
- Stay on top of trends industry and healthcare management best practices.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in healthcare management, specifically healthcare management.
- Knowledge of health policies, rules, and funding models.
- Good planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage professional teams in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
