RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute meticulously crafted menus for catering events, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
- Efficiently manage food costs, inventory, and ordering processes to optimize profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to uphold high standards of culinary excellence.
- Collaborate closely with clients to customize menus and ensure their utmost satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment is in excellent working order.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possession of a culinary certification or degree, combined with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a catering or banquet environment.

- Up-to-date knowledge of current culinary trends, techniques, and best practices.
