SUMMARY:
Merit Services is looking for a Cannabis Cultivation Manager for our client. The incumbent will oversee all aspects of the cultivation process from breeding to harvest, and lead teams of growers and technicians to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Â Oversee and direct all aspects of cannabis development operations, counting planting, watering, fertilizing, gathering, drying, and curing.
- Â Create and actualize standard working strategies (SOPs) to guarantee steady, high-quality item yields.
- Â Enlist, prepare, and oversee a group of development specialists to execute development errands productively and successfully.
- Â Guarantee compliance with state and neighborhood controls relating to cannabis development and generation.
- Â Screen and keep up natural conditions such as temperature, stickiness, and light to optimize plant development and well-being.
- Â Create and oversee development budgets, counting labor, hardware, and supply costs.
- Â Collaborate with other divisions, such as quality affirmation and compliance, to guarantee consistent operations and compliance with controls.
- Â Distinguish and actualize modern advances and forms to progress development proficiency and quality.
- Â Keep up nitty-gritty development records and give normal reports to senior administration.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate degree in supply chain management or a closely related discipline; or professional supply chain certification (APICS/SCOR).
- AMG or Cultivation Manager with prior evidence of success at a mid-sized LP facility.
- Previous job history or evidence of knowledge in the cannabis sector.
- Strong command of the Cannabis Act, as well as other relevant industry rules and best practices;
- Capability to juggle various priorities and carry out a variety of tasks;
