The Banquet Chef will assume the pivotal role of leading and inspiring a team of talented chefs to ensure the timely creation and delivery of exceptional dishes for large-scale events. This position presents an exhilarating opportunity to demonstrate your leadership prowess and culinary finesse.


  • Direct the preparation and delivery of exceptional culinary creations for large-scale events and gatherings.
  • Guide and inspire a team of chefs, ensuring efficient and timely kitchen operations.
  • Craft bespoke menus and recipes that cater to the unique tastes and preferences of our clientele.
  • Monitor inventory levels, proactively assisting in procurement of supplies when necessary.
  • Uphold the highest quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain a pristine and orderly kitchen environment, promoting maximum productivity and safety.


  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a Banquet Chef role or similar capacity.
  • Degree or diploma in culinary arts or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership and managerial prowess.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to excel under pressure within a fast-paced setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices.
