SUMMARY:
Merit Services Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our clients team in Toronto. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our services, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively showcasing the value of our services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in collaboration with the sales team and management.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a similar industry or services sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
