- Coordinate and oversee a group of IT experts, encompassing tasks like hiring, educational instruction, assessing work performance, and facilitating professional growth.
- Efficiently optimize operations and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations by creating and implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related area at the undergraduate level.
- Demonstrated track record in the position of IT Manager or a comparable leadership role, responsible for supervising IT activities and leading a group.
- Extensive expertise in various IT domains, encompassing infrastructure, networks, security, and software applications.
- A strong grasp of IT governance frameworks, project management techniques, and industry-leading practices.
- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating and energizing a highly efficient IT team.
- The individual possesses excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively working together and interacting with stakeholders across all levels.
- Having a strategic perspective, capable of coordinating IT projects with business goals and leading the process of digital transformation.
- Experience utilizing ITIL methodologies and holding certifications such as ITIL Foundation or PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred.
