RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Give intelligent direction and guidance in aligning organizational goals and objectives with IT initiatives.
  • Take charge of the daily activities of the IT department, guaranteeing that our technology infrastructure is consistently accessible, dependable, and secure.
  • Coordinate and oversee a group of IT experts, encompassing tasks like hiring, educational instruction, assessing work performance, and facilitating professional growth.
  • Efficiently optimize operations and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations by creating and implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Work together with stakeholders in order to comprehend the necessities of the company and appropriately allocate IT projects and resources based on priority.
  • Efficiently oversee IT budgets, contracts, and vendor partnerships to maximize cost efficiency and improve the quality of services provided.
  • Keep track of the latest technological advancements and industry developments and assess their suitability for implementation within our company.
  • Develop and manage plans for disaster recovery and business continuity to minimize risks and guarantee the sustainability of the business.
  • Serve as a bridge between the IT department and other business units, promoting efficient communication and cooperation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related area at the undergraduate level.
  • Demonstrated track record in the position of IT Manager or a comparable leadership role, responsible for supervising IT activities and leading a group.
  • Extensive expertise in various IT domains, encompassing infrastructure, networks, security, and software applications.
  • A strong grasp of IT governance frameworks, project management techniques, and industry-leading practices.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating and energizing a highly efficient IT team.
  • The individual possesses excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively working together and interacting with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Having a strategic perspective, capable of coordinating IT projects with business goals and leading the process of digital transformation.
  • Experience utilizing ITIL methodologies and holding certifications such as ITIL Foundation or PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred.
