RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Employ a proactive approach to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative data-driven solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive research and gather relevant data to support business cases, proposals, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop insightful reports and compelling visualizations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions, making necessary adjustments to optimize performance and outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional ability to work with complex data sets, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with statistical methodologies and predictive modeling techniques is preferred.
