As a Construction Project Manager, you will collaborate with skilled engineers and architects to develop a comprehensive plan, establish realistic timelines, and allocate necessary resources for the successful completion of construction projects. As a key member of the team, you will utilize your exceptional project management skills to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively, resulting in the timely delivery of high-quality work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize tasks, assign responsibilities, and obtain necessary employees.
- Recruit suitable candidates, assign them to appropriate sites, and enforce disciplinary action when necessary.
- Coordinate work across multiple locations to ensure project uniformity upon completion.
