RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare for concrete pouring by setting up formwork, installing reinforcing steel, and pouring and leveling concrete.
- Concrete surfaces are finished by troweling, smoothing, and shaping.
- Equipment such as concrete mixers, vibrators, and pumps are operated and maintained effectively.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project success, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess 2+ years of experience working in concrete construction or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings with ease, ensuring accurate execution of concrete work.
- Comprehensive knowledge of appropriate concrete mixing and finishing techniques to ensure high-quality results.
- Experience working with various construction equipment, displaying a high level of proficiency and safety.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions, showing a strong work ethic and dedication to the job.
