SUMMARY:
Merit Services is seeking an experienced and passionate Cannabis Sales consultant for our client. Successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to clients in the cannabis industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting cannabis products.
- Provide education and information about various strains, products and consumption methods.
- Conduct sales transactions, process payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain clean and orderly store environments.
- Maintain local information day, and global developments State cannabis regulations Updated information.
- Sell products and services to customers as needed.
- Handle customer questions and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Track stock levels and order supplies as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to maintain product knowledge and sales skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- At least one year of sales experience, preferably in the cannabis industry
- Knowledge of cannabis products and consumption methods.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate- effectively with diverse clients
- Ability to work in fast-paced – Fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Ability to work flexible hours to include weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of state and local regulations regarding the sale of marijuana
- High school diploma or equivalent, degree preferred university
