RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work together with stakeholders to collect and record the business needs, guaranteeing understanding and agreement with the objectives of the organization.
- Analyze business processes, systems, and data extensively to pinpoint areas that can be enhanced and propose appropriate remedies.
- Conduct a thorough gap analysis and suggest effective strategies to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and implement automation.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather requirements and gain a comprehensive understanding of the business’s needs.
- Create and uphold comprehensive documentation, encompassing business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a similar field is required for this position.
- Demonstrated expertise as a Business Analyst or in a comparable position, executing analysis and spearheading enhancements in processes.
- Possessing excellent analytical abilities, including the capacity to collect and analyze intricate information to produce practical and useful understandings.
- Being skilled in gathering requirements, modeling business processes, and documenting them effectively.
- A deep understanding of various software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum, along with a grasp of project management principles.
- The individual possesses exceptional communication and presentation abilities, enabling them to proficiently explain intricate ideas to stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, accompanied by a strategic way of thinking and a keen eye for detail.
- Having knowledge and skills in data visualization tools and techniques is advantageous.
- It is desirable to have certifications like CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional).
