INDUSTRY: Pharmaceutical

Summary:

Merit Services Ltd. is looking to hire a Bioinformatician for its client in the Pharmaceutical industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  •  Perform statistical data analysis expertise using R programming, Python or other analysis packages
  •  Run workflows to process and analyze sequencing data develop bioinformatics solutions for the analysis of complex genomic datasets
  •  Provide reports with analysis results and descriptions of methods used
  •  Keep documentation up to date

REQUIRED:

  •  At least three years of experience in Bioinformatics
  •  Solid knowledge of Statistical data analysis and data visualization
  •  Unix/Linux knowledge
  •  Good scripting background in python, Perl, or shell
  •  Experience working with NGS Data
  •  Excellent communication skills in English
