SUMMARY:
Merit Services is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our client. As a Project Manager, you manage and monitor every stage of building projects, ranging from the planning phase to its implementation. Your collaboration with our clients, subcontractors, and team members will guarantee that projects are concluded within prescribed timelines and financial limits and with excellent quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage construction projects from inception to completion, including planning, arranging, and supervising all phases.
- Collaborate intimately with customers to comprehend project prerequisites and validate the satisfaction of their demands.
- Ensure that projects adhere to their designated budgets and deadlines by effectively managing the timelines and financial resources associated with them.
- Recruit and supervise subcontractors and colleagues to guarantee the provision of superior output.
- Maintain frequent communication with customers, subcontractors, and colleagues to keep them informed about the project’s advancement and to tackle any issues that may arise.
- Furthermore, make sure that all tasks are finalized with an exceptional level of quality and conform to the norms and standards set forth by the industry.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related area is required for this position.
- Accumulated expertise of over 5 years in the role of a Construction Project Manager.
- Extensive understanding of various construction management procedures, such as planning, financing, and assurance of excellence.
- Likewise, an outstanding ability to communicate and connect with others.
- Demonstrating adeptness, ineffective leadership and the capability to inspire team members toward producing high-caliber output.
