RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and oversee telecommunication projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the specified requirements.
- Work together with internal teams and external stakeholders to outline the necessary project needs and goals.
- Create project outlines, timetables, and financial plans, and monitor advancement towards set goals.
- Keep stakeholders informed about project status, risks, and issues, and regularly update them on project advancements.
- Recognize and address potential project hazards and bring up any issues as necessary to guarantee the successful completion of the project.
- Keep track of project finances and spending and make necessary changes to adhere to budget limits.
- Carry out post-project evaluations to assess the performance of the project and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, project management, or a related area of study.
- Extensive track record in coordinating or managing projects, ideally within the telecommunications sector.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively working with cross-functional teams.
- Mastery of project management tools and software.
- Having a PMP certification or a similar project management certification is advantageous.
