SUMMARY:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecommunications Account Executive to become part of our team in Kelowna. As a vital part of our sales team, your role will be to increase revenue by bringing in new clients and expanding our range of telecommunications services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the telecommunications sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ telecommunications requirements.
- Develop tailored solutions and proposals to address clients’ needs and challenges.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales and meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services.
- Provide ongoing account management and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar area of study.
- Demonstrated history of achieving sales success in B2B, specifically within the telecommunications sector.
- Thorough knowledge of telecommunications offerings, such as voice, data, and cloud solutions.
- Superb abilities in communicating, negotiating, and presenting.
- Capable of working autonomously or as a member of a team.
- Focused on achieving goals and producing outcomes.
- Advanced skills in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
