The Kitchen Supervisor will bear the responsibility of leading a team of chefs, ensuring the timely preparation and delivery of exceptional dishes.   • Guide and inspire a team of chefs, ensuring efficient and timely kitchen operations.
  • Craft bespoke menus and recipes that cater to the unique tastes and preferences of our clientele.
  • Monitor inventory levels, proactively orchestrating procurement of supplies when necessary.
  • Uphold the highest quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of consistency in food quality and service.
  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment, ensuring a pristine and safe working environment.


  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a Kitchen Supervisor role or similar capacity.
  • Degree or diploma in culinary arts or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership and managerial prowess.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure within a fast-paced setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices.
