Pre-Screening & Interviewing
Talent Acquisitions of Merit Services have prepared a distinct set of questions for each round of the interview, starting with stage 1; pre-screening for various roles. This gives us the opportunity to discover more about a prospect before conducting a thorough interview and recommending them to our client.
We intend to learn more about a candidate than is contained in their resume; with pre-screening. Instead of using a pre-made list of questions, we come up with a list of things we want to know about the candidates after evaluating each resumes. Merit conducts pre-screenings on call to understand the candidate by asking follow up questions. To avoid hiring mistakes, we monitor our interview notes once the phone screening is complete in our Recruiting software.
