SUMMARY:

Merit Services is seeking a Web Developer for our client in Vaughan. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and coding websites according to our client’s needs. If you have a passion for web development and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this could be the perfect job for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, and maintain websites
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience
  • Conduct website testing and identify any technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in web development
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
  • Experience with web development frameworks such as ReactJS, AngularJS, or VueJS
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
