Our client in Regina is thrilled to provide an excellent opening for a skilled Sustainability Analyst. As a Sustainability Analyst, you will have a key responsibility in evaluating and enhancing our company’s sustainability policies, making a favourable influence on the environment and society.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform thorough evaluations of sustainability, taking into account ecological, societal, and financial aspects.
- Establish and execute measures and programs to enhance the eco-friendly impression of our organization, promoting sustainability.
- Closely observe and analyze significant sustainability metrics to provide updates on the advancement toward achieving sustainability objectives.
- Work together with teams from various domains to identify chances for enhancing resource usage, minimizing waste, and adopting sustainable energy solutions.
- Perform a thorough investigation into the latest sustainability regulations, industry standards, and emerging trends.
- Provide support in creating and executing training initiatives on sustainability for staff members.
- Collaborate with interested parties to foster environmentally friendly behaviors and improve the image of our company.
- Engage in sustainability-focused audits, certifications, and reporting procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- An undergraduate degree in the field of Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related area. Having relevant certifications is advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise in evaluating sustainability, preparing reports, or similar positions.
- A thorough understanding of sustainability concepts, models, and applications.
- Having a high level of expertise in analyzing and summarizing data, while displaying exceptional precision in focusing on small details.
- The ability to analyze and solve problems effectively in order to identify areas that can be improved.
- Having proficient communication abilities to cooperate with inner groups and communicate with individuals with vested interests.
- Skilled in adhering to sustainability guidelines and structures such as GRI, SASB, and CDP.
- Having a fervour for promoting sustainable practices and a resolute dedication to catalyzing beneficial transformations.
