SUMMARY:
Join our team in Regina as a Supervisor and take the lead in a dynamic and growth-oriented work environment. As a Supervisor, you’ll oversee a team, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the success of our organization while advancing your career.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Â Actively pursues new business, makes service presentations and follows up on new leads.
- Â Collaborates with other branch personnel on customer retention and acquisition strategies.
- Â Provides customers with maintenance reports and other reports as requested.
- Â Liaises with customers to resolve issues and complaints.
- Â Direct and manage technicians assigned to the field.
- Â Oversee the technicians in Safe Operating Procedures for servicing and operating lift trucks.
-  Review technician’s paperwork and other administrative duties.
- Â Participate in interviewing new technicians.
- Â Participate in the performance management process of technicians. Coordinate and follow up on factory requests.
- Â Provides assistance and support as required for all activities and functions as assigned
REQUIRED:
- Â 2-5 years of MHE industry experience preferred
- Â Computer knowledge including MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Outlook
- Â Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Â Excellent Leadership skills
- Â Candidates possessing a technical background will be given preference
