SUMMARY:
Merit Services seeking a highly motivated and experienced program engineer for our client. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional groups to guarantee the software meets the requirements and specifications. The perfect candidate must have a strong enthusiasm for program development and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing creative, innovative, and practical solutions.
- Creating clean and sustainable code.
- Participating in design/architecture discussions.
- Researching and learning new technologies/processes and applying them to your projects.
- Participating in assessments, grants, recordings, cases, and positions.
- On-task interaction with customer representatives to clarify requirements.
- Work with the rest of the project team to deliver applications on time and on budget.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related to related field.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Recognition of software plan designs.
- Amazing problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication and interpersonal aptitudes.
- Capacity to work freely and in a group environment.
- Strong attention to detail and capacity to multitask.
