RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform thorough examination of security threats and weaknesses.
- Monitor security alerts and incidents and take appropriate action in response.
- Work together with the IT department to introduce and execute security protocols.
- Evaluate and review security measures and propose enhancements.
- Create and consistently update security documentation and policies.
- Regularly assess and conduct penetration testing to ensure security measures are in place.
- Stay informed about emerging threats and trends in security.
- Deliver training sessions to raise employees’ awareness of security measures.
- Conduct a thorough examination and provide detailed documentation of security incidents and breaches.
- Help with creating plans for responding to incidents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- An undergraduate degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in a security analyst position or a similar field.
- Highly developed abilities in analysis and finding solutions to problems.
- A comprehensive understanding of the most effective methods and resources for cybersecurity.
- Great communication and people skills.
- A strong understanding of regulatory and compliance standards.
- Important certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are required.
- Having the capability to work effectively both as a team member and individually.
- Having a strong attention to detail and a deep interest in the field of cybersecurity.
