Merit Services is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator for our client. The incumbent must have solid office administration and SAP purchase order knowledge.


  • Coordinate internal meetings with the help of various stakeholders (such as those in medicine, finance, law, sales, and marketing), leadership/team meetings and follow-up meetings with vendors.
  • Process purchase orders (POs) and work order approvals.
  • Control all sales representatives’ onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes.
  • Manage the sales force’s requests (such as for sponsorships, grants, and other things) and handle all the preparation work for approval, service agreements, and payment requests.
  • Assist the marketing team by designing and maintaining marketing and sales budgets, which includes processing marketing materials, and work orders, and creating POs for each project.


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Experience placing purchase orders using SAP (ERP).
  • Current or prior administrative experience in the life sciences sector.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Fluent in French (both speaking and writing).
  • Tech savvy and quick to pick up new systems/software.
