This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in identifying and managing risks within the organization and ensuring the implementation of effective risk mitigation strategies. By being a Risk Manager you will contribute to the organization’s success and help create a culture of risk awareness and proactive risk management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Risk Identification and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities across the organization. Evaluate the impact of risks on business processes and operations.
- Risk Mitigation Strategies: Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies and controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of risk management measures.
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Monitor regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance. Stay updated on changes and assess their impact on risk profiles.
- Risk Reporting and Communication: Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders. Facilitate informed decision-making through effective risk communication.
- Incident Management: Establish incident management protocols for prompt response and resolution. Conduct investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Risk Culture and Training: Foster a risk-aware culture across the organization. Conduct risk training programs and provide guidance to employees on risk-related matters.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance the risk management framework, policies, and procedures. Identify process improvement opportunities and optimize risk management practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in risk management, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in risk management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and industry best practices.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
