SUMMARY:

Merit Services is looking for a Retail Associate for our client. The incumbent will be responsible for welcoming customers and helping them choose products. Must have the ability to understand the customer’s needs and have the expert knowledge to fulfill their requests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help customers select products and guide the based on their needs.
  • Contributing to selling company products to make sales higher.
  • Prior experience in customer service and ability to uphold the company’s reputation.
  • Continuously learning and staying up to date on current trends, products, and other cannabis-related knowledge to help cater to all the customer’s demands.
  • Meticulously record and inventory daily operating logs and other records.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Clean criminal record.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Should have the ability to understand and cater to the customers needs and demands.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Should have a minimum two years of experience in retail or customer service.
