Job Description

Our client in Health Care is looking for a Registered Practical Nurse who will be responsible for assisting in the functioning of the unit, resident care, staff, and surroundings within her scope of practice. We’re looking for an RPN who can practice independently only in situations where the outcome is predictable, and the risk is low. Get consultation and communicate with RN in all other situations. The Registered Practical Nurse demonstrates the ability at the current level of knowledge for his or her practice, seeks help and guidance when unable to perform competently, refrains from practicing beyond his or her competence, and is accountable for his or her own practice.

  • Demonstrate ability to recognize safety issues and follow safe work practices.
  • Must be able to meet physical demand requirements of the role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective verbal and written English language skills
  • Requires good judgment, problem-solving, and assessment abilities
  • The ability to speak a second language is a definite asset
