As a Procurement Specialist, you will oversee supplier connections, bargain effectively on agreements, and ensure that purchasing goods and services is done in a cost-efficient manner. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Effectively oversee the performance of suppliers, handle contract renewals, and promote ongoing enhancement in supplier relations.
- Smart cost-saving opportunities should be identified and put into action to enhance procurement spend efficiency, while preserving quality and timely delivery.
- Make certain that the regulations and rules regarding procurement, along with relevant legal mandates, are observed.
- Ensure precise records of procurement are kept, encompassing contracts, purchase orders, and supplier documentation.
- Remain informed about the latest developments in the industry, market situations, and up-and-coming technologies in order to promote innovation and generate valuable outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A suitable educational background for this position is a Bachelor’s degree in fields like business, supply chain management, or any other discipline related to it.
- A track record of successful procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management expertise.
- Excellent familiarity with procurement procedures, bargaining agreements, and supplier assessment.
- Mastery in utilizing procurement software and equipment.
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively and foster strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, recognizing patterns, and utilizing those insights to make informed decisions based on actual data.
- Effective ability to negotiate and persuade in order to attain desired results.
