RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and meticulously prepare a variety of exquisite pastries, cakes, and breads, showcasing exceptional quality and artistry.
  • Monitor inventory levels and actively contribute to supply ordering, ensuring a seamless flow of ingredients and resources.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Ensure that all cakes and desserts are meticulously crafted to meet the most stringent quality benchmarks, consistently delighting our customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the entire kitchen team, fostering efficient operations and promoting a harmonious working environment.
  • Innovate and develop new pastry recipes and menu items, continually expanding our culinary offerings and inspiring culinary excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cake Chef, demonstrating a strong background and expertise in the art of cake making.
  • Hold a degree or certification in culinary arts or a related field, showcasing a solid educational foundation in the culinary realm.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Display strong organizational and time management abilities, effectively coordinating tasks and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration and positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
