Join Merit Services Ltd. as a Painting Supervisor for our esteemed client in Brampton. In this role, you will oversee a team of skilled painters and ensure that all painting projects are completed within the designated timeframe, budget, and to the highest standards of quality.


  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of painters, providing guidance, support, and direction throughout the painting process.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Plan and schedule painting projects, considering resource allocation, timelines, and client requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess project requirements, identify potential challenges, and determine necessary materials and equipment.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to clarify project specifications and address any concerns or issues.
  • Monitor the progress of painting assignments, ensuring adherence to quality standards and efficient completion.
  • Provide training and mentorship to painters, promoting skill development and continuous improvement.
  • Manage inventory of painting supplies, tools, and equipment, and coordinate procurement as needed.


  • Proven experience as a Painting Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Solid knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple painting projects.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
