SUMMARY:

Merit Services is seeking a Marketing Manager for our client. As the head of Marketing, your main duties involve overseeing the marketing team and spearheading the creation and implementation of various marketing strategies to boost sales and increase brand recognition.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and implement marketing tactics, such as advertising, events, digital marketing, and public relations, to promote the company’s real estate developments.
  • Control the recruiting, development, and assessment of the marketing staff.
  • Create and manage the marketing budget while focusing on ROI and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure that marketing strategies are in line with overall company objectives by working with cross-functional teams.
  • To determine trends, rival actions, and client demands, do market research and analysis.
  • Establish and preserve strong connections with other partners, such as advertising firms, media outlets, and event coordinators.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as films, websites, and brochures.
  • The marketing campaign’s effectiveness should be tracked and analyzed, and any necessary strategy changes should be made.
  • Organize the company’s web presence and social media accounts.
  • Attending trade shows as a corporate representative.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline at the undergraduate level is required. A desirable credential for this position is an MBA degree.
  • A minimum of five years of aptitude in marketing, specifically in the domain of real estate, is preferred.
  • Demonstrated a history of effective marketing initiatives and an increase in revenue through sales.
  • Exceptional abilities in leadership and management, coupled with a proven track record of leading teams.
  • Excellent abilities in managing projects and a keen focus on minutiae.
  • Proficient in interpersonal communication and able to work productively with cross-departmental groups.
  • Proficient in utilizing data to make well-informed decisions, showcasing adeptness in analytical competence.
  • Adeptness in utilizing Microsoft Office and various digital marketing platforms.
