RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Carry out and ensure compliance with loss prevention strategies and protocols.
    • Perform comprehensive evaluations of security hazards and weaknesses.
    • Smartly oversee surveillance systems to detect and deter theft and fraudulent activities.
    • Smartly cooperate with store employees to identify and handle security issues.
    • Offer guidance and instruction to staff members regarding the most effective methods for preventing loss.
    • Establish and nurture connections with nearby law enforcement authorities.
    • Thoroughly examine instances of theft and fraud and construct comprehensive reports.
    • Suggest and put in place measures to improve security and avoid any potential losses.
    • Keep yourself informed about the latest industry trends and upcoming advancements in security technologies.
    • Create a safe and protected atmosphere that places significant emphasis on safety and security.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably, candidates should have a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a preference for additional security training.
  • Demonstrated expertise in loss prevention or other security-related positions.
  • Highly developed analytical abilities and aptitude for solving complex problems.
  • Outstanding skills in communicating and relating with others.
  • Smartly paraphrased: A high level of expertise in monitoring systems and strategies to prevent losses.
  • Capability to operate effectively both as part of a team and individually.
  • A valid security license along with a certification in first aid and CPR.
  • With great attention to detail and a sharp ability to spot anomalies.
  • Acquiring expertise in loss prevention regulations and laws at the local level.
