QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is required.
  • Demonstrated expertise as an IT Business Development Manager, Account Executive, or in a comparable position, with a proven history of consistently achieving or surpassing sales goals.
  • Extensive expertise in a wide range of IT solutions, including software, hardware, and services.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the talent to effectively express the advantages of our IT solutions.
  • Excellent abilities in negotiation and securing deals, demonstrated through a commitment to prioritize the needs of the customers.
  • Being proficient in developing and sustaining strong relationships with clients, comprehending their business obstacles, and offering suitable remedies.
  • Capable of self-motivation, driven by achieving results, and adept at both individual and collaborative work.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the ability to effectively manage sales pipelines.
  • Preference is given to individuals with a strong understanding of the IT market in Canada and the current trends within the industry.
