Job Description

Our client in the furniture manufacturing industry is currently hiring an Accounts Payables Aministrator.

Requirements:

Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy

Superior administration and organization skills

Demonstrated initiative and view to continuous improvement

Desired experience: 1-3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable

College diploma in Accounting or Business Administration or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration

Responsibilities:

Assist with accounts payable preparations and audit processes

Update vendor payment information in ERP system

Invoicing, purchase orders

Process expenses

Contact vendors to clarify and rectify any questions or discrepancies regarding payments
