SUMMARY:
Merit Services is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist for our client. The incumbent will drive email marketing initiatives and assist in reaching the right individuals at the right time with the right messages.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and implement programs for multichannel communication.
• Create and maintain contact strategies that enable audience engagement across the audience’s lifecycle, lead nurturing, conversion, retention, cross-selling, up-selling, and/or churn rate reduction.
• Assume responsibility for contact and CRM strategies, including email, SMS, and website-based messaging for personalized communications.
• Create campaign briefs based on your understanding of the triggers, interests, and patterns of client behavior.
• Across all campaigns, raise ROI and client lifetime value.
• Create fresh campaigns and initiatives for retention or improve current ones.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Acumen to think of new, more effective ways to do the task; thorough and meticulous; excellent communicator.
• Fluent in English
• Strongly analytical and data-minded, using metrics and other facts to support choices and drive results.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing field.
