Merit Services is currently seeking a skilled Corporate Finance Analyst to join one of our esteemed clients in Toronto. As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing financial advice, forecasting, and analysis for companies to ensure they are on the right path towards achieving their financial goals.


  • Perform in-depth legal research and analysis of relevant laws and regulations
  • Prepare and draft various legal documents such as contracts and agreements
  • Provide legal advice and review on various business matters to ensure legal compliance
  • Assist in managing legal proceedings and supporting litigation efforts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement legal requirements and best practices.


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
