As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively prospecting and generating leads to expand the client base.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to win new business.
- Negotiate and finalize business contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market dynamics and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, sales pipeline, and revenue projections.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and continuously develop knowledge and skills in business development strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the service industry.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and convert business opportunities into successful partnerships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools to manage and track leads and opportunities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
