As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, sales pipeline, and revenue projections.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and continuously develop knowledge and skills in business development strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the service industry.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and convert business opportunities into successful partnerships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools to manage and track leads and opportunities.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
