RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Generate wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality designs that effectively convey design ideas and interactions.
- Refine and improve designs by taking into account input from users, conducting tests to evaluate usability, and considering the most effective methods utilized in the industry.
- Work closely with developers to ensure that design elements are implemented smoothly and consistently throughout the development process.
- Keep yourself informed about the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and new technologies, and integrate them into your design solutions.
- Review the design and offer valuable suggestions to enhance the overall quality of the design.
- Work closely with different teams such as product managers and developers to ensure that design goals are in sync with the overall business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a closely related area of study.
- Demonstrate a confirmed track record in the field of UI/UX Design or a comparable position, creating user interfaces for digital products.
- Proficiency in software like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes.
- An impressive collection of UI/UX design projects that demonstrate a wide variety of skills and a comprehensive grasp of user-centric design principles.
- Expertise in various user research techniques, conducting usability tests, and applying a user-centric design approach.
- Proficiency in responsive design principles and familiarity with mobile-first design concepts.
- A comprehension of front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and how they influence the design of user interfaces and user experiences.
- Great communication and teamwork abilities, capable of presenting and defending design choices effectively.
- Being meticulous, particularly in terms of visual appeal, and having the skills to develop visually striking designs.
