As a Building Concierge, you will be the initial interface for residents, tenants, and visitors, ensuring a friendly and competent atmosphere.   • Greet individuals living, renting, or visiting the premises in a welcoming and amiable manner, leaving a favorable initial impact.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through swift and proficient handling of inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner.
  • To ensure safety, it is important to oversee entry points, validate identification, and manage admission into the premises.
  • Effectively handle both incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries with precision and efficiency.
  • Arrange schedules and bookings for shared spaces or facilities in the building.
  • React to emergency situations or occurrences by adhering to the predetermined procedures and guaranteeing the well-being of those present.
  • Perform frequent examinations of shared spaces, detecting and notifying of any maintenance or security concerns.
  • Work together with property management and maintenance personnel to meet the needs of residents or tenants and ensure the smooth operation of the building.
  • Educational or professional credentials or attributes that make a person suitable for a particular job or task.


  • Outstanding ability to communicate and connect proficiently with inhabitants, renters, and guests through interpersonal means.
  • Possessing excellent abilities in customer service along with a welcoming and pleasant attitude.
  • To effectively handle numerous tasks and prioritize duties, an individual must possess apt organizational abilities and pay close attention to even the smallest details.
  • Smartly rephrased: The capability to solve problems and tackle diverse situations by answering questions, resolving disagreements, and managing conflicts.
  • A competent understanding of security protocols for buildings and procedures for responding to emergencies.
  • Having prior knowledge and experience in the operations and procedures of buildings is desirable.
