SUMMARY:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Greet clients entering the store with enthusiasm.
  •  Suggest products according to the client’s needs and share knowledge as required.
  •  Provide makeovers, as required.
  •  Provide training for new team members. Cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
  •  Actively pursue additional product knowledge as needed.
  •  Assist in inventory control. Communicate inventory issues/concerns to the Manager.
  •  Follow the sampling policies and procedures.
  •  Be knowledgeable of special events/animations within the store and participate.

REQUIRED:

  •  1-3 years’ experience in retail or service industry.
  •  Excellent verbal/written communication skills and
  •  Ability to influence business partners at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
  •  Available to work days, nights, and weekends.
