SUMMARY:

Merit Services is hiring for the position of Automotive sales trainer for our clients. We’re seeking candidates who can establish, execute, and oversees sales training programs to ensure the dealership’s sales effort.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Determine the dealership’s and its departments’ requirements for sales training.
  • Create and oversees plans, initiatives, and practices for sales training.
  • Control the construction and upkeep of training sites.
  • Contact and plan sales, technical, or product experts; motivational speakers; and lecturers from within the company or from outside.
  • Generate reports on the training status of sales trainees who are directly or indirectly supervised.
  • To ensure that training programs for sales staff are current and practical, the dealership keeps up with new training methodologies, competitive strategies, and the impending introduction of new dealership goods.
  • Collaborating with the manufacturer’s training manager to raise store training standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; one to two years of experience or training in the relevant field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to speak in front of groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public and communicate successfully.
  • Ability to cope with various concrete variables and handle problems in situations with little or no standardization.
  • The capacity to comprehend a variety of directions provided orally, in writing, through diagrams, or on a schedule.
  • State sales license.
  • Valid driver’s license.
