RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor both real-time and pre-recorded video footage from closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras.
- Smartly detect and ascertain suspicious behaviors or security breaches.
- Work together with security teams to promptly address incidents as they occur.
- Manage and regulate the motion of surveillance cameras as required.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with on-site staff and law enforcement authorities.

- Adhere to pre-determined protocols and procedures when it comes to video surveillance.
- Please promptly report any technical problems encountered with the equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Having a high school diploma or a similar qualification is necessary, and possessing security training would be advantageous.
- Prior experience in the position of a CCTV Operator or other security positions.
- Being highly attentive to small details and capable of effectively multitasking.
- Excellent abilities in effectively communicating and keenly observing situations.
- High level of skill in operating surveillance equipment and software.
- The capability to maintain tranquility and composure during demanding and tense circumstances.
- Comprehension of security protocols and processes.
- Must possess a legitimate security license as well as a certification in first aid and CPR.
- Capability to carry out different shifts, which may include nights and weekends
