Merit Services Ltd is hiring for the Trainer position for our client. This is a full-time position available in Scarborough. Some previous training experience in required. Previous work experience in a call center is a must.
Responsibilities
Collaborates with department leads to identify training needs for new hires and existing employees
Collaborates with management team to keep appropriate personnel informed on ever changing policies and procedures to ensure a constant customer satisfaction.
Conducts new hire classes on an ongoing basis, including the preparation of all training materials and logistics associated with each class.
Conducts recurrent training classes, meetings, and seminars during times of policy, procedure, and or protocol updates.
Uses variety of different learning styles to accomodate learning needs.
Continuously works closely with the internal Quality Assurance teams to conduct training needs assessments, identify training gaps, and drive changes to training curriculum.
Tracks performance and provides feedback.
Works in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
2 or more years of training experience in call center.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Bi-lingual is a plus.
Ability to create training modules independently.
