We are looking for a full-time customer service professional with solid experience to support the sales process from quoting all the way through to invoicing the final product.
Requirements of the position
Quotations – receiving, processing and tracking of RFQ’s (requests for quotation) and coordinating with the Customer in providing product knowledge.
Co-coordinating customer issues such as
Processing of orders all the way through to invoicing.
Prepare and update various sales and tracking spreadsheets.
Perform general administration tasks and support other departments if applicable
College diploma in business related discipline preferred
Previous CSR/Inside sales experience – at least two years
Familiar with ERP system Navision is an asset
Good understanding of accounting principles
Excellent communication skills
Extensive experience using MS office software – primarily with Excel intermediate to advanced
Must be able to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously with frequent interruptions and with attention to timelines and details.
Enjoys working with others and being part of a team.
